NoreVibe policies
Effective date: 15 October 2026
This policy explains what information NoreVibe uses when you visit the website, create an account, plan an event, contact a service provider, or make a booking.
Depending on how you use NoreVibe, information may include your name and contact details, account and role information, event details, service preferences, messages and files you choose to share, and quotation, booking, commitment, and payment records. Vendors may provide business, service, availability, and booking information.
We also receive basic technical and security information needed to operate the service, such as request, session, and device-related data.
Information is shared with the people involved in the activity you choose. For example, event details and messages may be shown to the relevant vendor; a booking may be visible to its customer and vendor. We use infrastructure and service providers to host the application, store data, authenticate users, and support communications or payments. They process information to provide those services under their applicable terms.
We do not make private account or event information public merely because a vendor has a public profile. Public vendor and service details are presented separately from private customer records.
Payment providers may process payment details directly. NoreVibe records payment and booking information needed to show and administer the transaction; we do not promise that every payment method is handled identically. We retain records for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain transaction history, meet legal requirements, and address disputes. We use access controls and other safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
You can review and update certain profile information through your account. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to records we must retain and other legal requirements. Use the support or contact channel made available on NoreVibe to submit a privacy request. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
NoreVibe is intended for people able to use the service under applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information inappropriately, contact us through the service. We may update this policy as the service changes; the effective date above identifies the current version.
