NoreVibe policies

These terms apply when you access or use NoreVibe. By using the service, you agree to follow them and any terms shown for a specific service, quotation, booking, or payment.
NoreVibe provides tools to plan events, discover vendors and services, exchange enquiries and quotations, and manage eligible commitments and bookings. NoreVibe may also make service information available to visitors who are not signed in.
Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in access secure, and use only the account and permissions assigned to you. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, access another person’s information without permission, or submit unlawful, misleading, or infringing content.
Customers are responsible for the event information and requests they submit and for reviewing the service details, quotation, payment schedule, and terms before accepting an offer or making a commitment.
Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their business and service information, availability, prices, quotations, and fulfilment of services they offer. Vendors must have the rights and authority needed to publish their content and provide their services.
NoreVibe helps customers and vendors find and communicate with one another. Unless a specific transaction flow says otherwise, NoreVibe is not the provider of a vendor’s event service and does not guarantee a vendor’s availability, quality, or performance. A quotation or enquiry alone does not create a confirmed booking. A booking or commitment exists only when the relevant NoreVibe flow records it as confirmed or active.
Prices, currencies, taxes, payment milestones, expiry dates, cancellation terms, and other commercial conditions can vary by service and transaction. The information shown in the applicable quotation, commitment, booking, and payment flow governs that transaction. Review it before proceeding. NoreVibe-specific commitment and payment rules shown at the point of purchase also apply.
You retain rights to content you submit, and give NoreVibe permission to host and display it as needed to operate the features you use. Do not submit content that violates another person’s rights or applicable law. We may remove content or restrict access where needed to protect users, comply with law, or maintain the service. Features may change or be temporarily unavailable.
We may suspend or limit access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or misuse. To the extent permitted by law, NoreVibe is provided without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and NoreVibe is not responsible for a vendor’s independent services or conduct. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them to the extent permitted by law. The effective date above identifies the current version.
